Cancel a booking
Open the Bookings tab in the app, select the booking and tap “Cancel my booking”. Refunds are full up to 48 hours before the activity.
Delete my account
In the app, open the Profile tab and tap “Delete my account”. Your personal data is erased, except accounting records we are legally required to keep.
Report content
Every message, review and guide profile has a “Report” action, which also lets you block the author. Each report is reviewed within 24 hours.
